In this circumstance, the total amount paid will be refunded.
For all other cases, refunds are ABSOLUTELY NOT provided:
- Excessive blood alcohol level upon boarding or during the tour
- dangerous or inappropriate behavior on board
- changes to the number of participants
- Unable to participate in the tour
